Are Pumpkin Seeds High in Histamine?

Many people wonder if pumpkin seeds are high in histamine or if it is low histamine.

Personally, I find that I sometimes react to pumpkin seeds, and sometimes I don’t. Which isn’t really very helpful is it, but that’s the truth! Lots of foods I’m fine with, but the jury is out on pumpkin seeds.
