My new book - helps with histamine intolerance and energy

I’ve been very busy for the last few months and I’m delighted to say that my new book is ready for you to enjoy.

There’s lots in there about histamine intolerance and all the different practices I use day-to-day to feel good. I think you’ll especially like the sections on dealing with stress (which is the best way to reduce my histamine levels).

Here’s a sneak preview of what’s in store…

WHAT TO EXPECT

Feeling low energy or depleted? No problem. Strap in for a world first, a fusion of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Biohacking. It’s a unique meh-busting approach to living with more energy, and histamine intolerance appears throughout. Here’s what you can expect in this book.

  • FUEL: As you might expect, histamine intolerance features in this section. We start to follow some fuel rules, fuel timings, and specific fuel boosters (supplements) for mood, memory, immunity and energy.

  • NATURE: We soak up the energizing power of the natural world. Then we delve into the weird and wonderful world of primal accessories to reconnect and reduce your histamine bucket.

  • EXERCISE: We take a look at the new, radical workouts which boost our mood, circulation, brain and body. With these exercise techniques, we can invigorate our day and sleep better at night – win-win.

  • COLD: The temperature plummets as we increase the happy chemicals in our brain. We investigate all the different ways in which cold can help you to maintain a natural state of mind and body. This will help you feel good histamine wise.

  • MIND: Now it’s time to switch on our brain. We explore radical ways to harness our brainwaves, use neurofeedback, access deeper states and unleash our potential. Prepare to fizz with energy.

  • ALCOHOL: It’s particularly important when you are histamine intolerant to deal with this effectively. We devote a whole section to being able to enjoy the odd drink without too much of a kickback.

  • HOME: If you want more energy, you need to tackle “meh” on the home front. We go non-toxic, low EMF, super-natural and clutter-free. We reduce screentime (don’t worry - only a bit). And guess what: our energy goes through the roof.

  • SLEEP: You can’t have energy without rest. We learn how to increase melatonin and REM sleep, avoid ‘blue light’ in the evening, get a longer, deeper rest, and banish sleep FOMO (yep, that’s a thing.)
