Histamine Intolerance - What to Eat?

Foods you might watch out for if you want to eat low histamine (with emojis).
NB - obviously everybody is different and this is not exhaustive - What would you put on this list?

* Cured meats 🔴⁣⁣

* Aged meats or meat that’s been left out for a long time 🔴⁣⁣

* Foods that have vinegar. (Apple Cider Vinegar might be okay) 🔴⁣⁣

* Smoked fish. Should only be fresh from the water or freezer. 🔴⁣⁣
