Histamine Intolerance - What to Eat?
Foods you might watch out for if you want to eat low histamine (with emojis).
NB - obviously everybody is different and this is not exhaustive - What would you put on this list?

* Fermented food and drink 🔴
* Cured meats 🔴
* Aged meats or meat that’s been left out for a long time 🔴
* Dried fruits. 🔴
* Foods that have vinegar. (Apple Cider Vinegar might be okay) 🔴
* Smoked fish. Should only be fresh from the water or freezer. 🔴
* Most of the citrus fruits. 🔴
* Nuts. Put special emphasis on peanuts and walnuts. 🔴
* Aged cheese. (Softer cheeses might be okay.) 🔴
* Leftovers. (Unless frozen straightaway.)🔴
* Soured foods. 🔴
* Eggs (for some people – particularly egg whites) 🤔
* Alcohol🔴
* Avocado🔴
* Chocolate 🔴
* Cow’s milk🔴
* Bananas🔴
* Nuts 🤔(some lists say some nuts okay, most don’t agree with me)
* Pineapple 🔴
* Papaya 🔴
* Strawberries 🔴
* Shellfish 🔴
* Tomatoes 🔴
* Most artificial preservatives. 🔴
* Energy drinks 🔴
* Tea 🔴
* Alcohol 🔴
