Magnesium Deficiency and Histamine Levels

As you know I experiment with dietary tweaks, natural supplements and lifestyle hacks to reduce the effects of histamine intolerance, and that’s what this feed is all about.⁣

One of the areas I’m very interested in is magnesium deficiency and histamine levels.⁣

A deficiency of magnesium is linked to increased mast cells in another study in the same article.⁣

I’ve regularly supplemented with magnesium in the past and I’m sure there’s something going on for me here. ⁣

Caution on baths and getting hot in general - the article also notes that heat is a major trigger for histamine release. ⁣
