After a heavy festive season, it’s time to reconnect with the 3 pillars of a healthy low-histamine life.
Diet
Stress
Sleep
Here are those areas in a bit more detail.
Diet (my number one way to recalibrate my histamine levels. This challenge will feel SO good after the excesses of the party season.)
Stress (stress has been proven by multiple studies (link study here) to increase histamine levels in the blood. By the end of the challenge you’ll be so chill you’ll be horizontal, and your histamine intolerance will thank you.)
Sleep (good sleep is absolutely crucial to managing my histamine intolerance. We’ll use powerful meditation and EFT techniques to improve your sleep, and support each other along the way.)
A reminder: It’s important to remind you that this challenge is for informational and educational purposes. It’s not meant to treat any health condition. Always consult with your practitioner before starting any new regime. If you need medical advice consult your doctor.
