A 3-day Easy Low Histamine Diet
On the site, we’ve suggested a 3-day easy low histamine diet.
It’s not particularly comprehensive, but designed for newbies who want to see if they are histamine intolerant.
Broadly speaking, you want to avoid for three days;
👉 Fermented foods
👉 Avocados
👉 Fish
👉 Leftovers (unless immediately frozen, then fine)
👉 Citrus
👉 Cheeses
👉 Alcohol
👉 Chocolate
Always work with your practitioner when starting a new diet.
Just remember, it’s only for three days, and there’s lots you can eat, most of it healthy and delicious.
Then we start cautiously reintroducing certain foods again and see what you react to.
