What are your go to super-simple low histamine recipes?
Sweet potatoes are naturally low in histamine so I make no apologies for a super simple sweet potato recipe here. All three ingredients are green on our food list.
Sweet potato ✅
Olive Oil ✅
Himalayan Salt ✅
Cutting the sweet potatoes long ways works great for getting extra flavour in the oven. Drizzle in low histamine olive oil and add a sprinkle of low histamine himalayan salt.
Put in the oven at 180C/350F until they look like this.
Then enjoy!
