Blue Light Glasses for Better Sleep

Blue Light Glasses for Better Sleep

When I have a histamine flare-up, I don’t sleep well at night, and when I don’t sleep well at night, I have a flare-up. What a vicious circle.

So I’ll do everything I can to ensure I have a better night's sleep.

One way is to block out as much artificial light as possible in the evening, especially in winter.

Do you wear blue light glasses to help with sleep (and therefore histamine intolerance)?

They will help you create natural melatonin in the evening, get your circadian rhythm in sync, and wind down (so important for histamine issues)

(Blue steel pose optional)

My podcast partners this month are Bon Charge, so here’s a ridiculous pose of me wearing their glasses.

Visit boncharge.com/tony and use code TONY20 for a great deal, 20% off. Ships everywhere. I want to emphasize - sleep is so important with histamine intolerance and health.

This is an easy win, especially if you find yourself scrolling on your phone late at night (yes, you :)
