I have an almond butter obsession. In the past, sometimes almonds were okay, sometimes they were not. It was infuriating. 😤
Here’s what’s interesting though. As I’ve started to follow the low histamine diet listed on this website, I've been able to start introducing food again.
A little bit of yoghurt, half an avocado, even some alcohol (in moderation). 😉
And probably the thing I have been most successful in reintroducing has been nuts. I couldn't look at them before, but now almonds and pistachios seem to be fine.
So work on lowering that histamine bucket, and then give them a go. 👌
