Histamine-friendly electrolyte

I’m searching for a histamine-friendly electrolyte that works.
Do you have any suggestions.

Here are three I’ve been trying.

Optimal Electrolyte from Seeking Health.
Probably my favourite - it does however contain niacin.

Ultima. No carbs at all, but perhaps not quite as powerful.

Salt Stick capsules. The one I have least experience with, but seems to have good reviews.
