Luna Fennel pizza bases and low-histamine sauce
Confession: I went full Gordon Ramsey in the making of this dish. There was a fair amount of effing and blinding when I thought dinner was going down the pan. In the end it turned it well. Here's how.
Sometimes you open the fridge, and the wind rustles as you realise you have minimal ingredients with which to cook. So dinner last night was homemade pizza with anything I could find on top.
I started with 100% natural cauliflower pizza bases from Luna Fennel. I made a low-histamine sauce from carrot and onion (cooked then blended) and then put on mozzarella, onions, spring onion, and garlic.
Whack it in the oven for 8 minutes, and out came my 'Low Histamine Mozzarella and Garlic Pizza.' The whole Gordon Ramsey shtick wasn't needed after all.
