The Top Electrolytes On The Market

The top electrolytes on the market have wildly differing mix of minerals.

Some (like LMNT) contain very high levels of sodium. Others (like Trace Minerals) contain very low levels of sodium but very high levels of potassium. ⁣

In the interest of providing a good service I’ve been trying all these electrolytes out. An electrolyte with more potassium suits me well such as Trace Minerals or Seeking Health Optimal Electrolyte.

LMNT tastes the best but is it the best for us? ⁣
