Yam and Histamine
Yams are low histamine on our food list.
But have you cooked them?
Despite the intimidating size, I’m loving getting to grips with yam at the moment. Simply slicing them and baking/roasting (skin on) is delicious.
A follower on Instagram pointed out in Asia, yams are roasted or boiled. Some even make smoothies out of them!
