Histamine Intolerance and Sparkling Water

I was amazed to discover that many people in this crazy histamine world react to sparkling water.

I live on San Pellegrino and it suits me really well. But I recently ran a question on my story on here and it seemed pretty evenly split 50/50.

Some love it, some can't tolerate it. That's histamine intolerance for you.
