Oof. Papaya triggers me badly. But what about you?

I just spent some time in Asia. There was papaya everywhere - cheap and delicious. And I couldn’t eat it pff. Rich in enzymes like papain, it should aid digestion and reduce inflammation - that’s the idea for most people.

But, many find it triggers histamine intolerance symptoms.
