Some foods are high in histamine and some are histamine liberators. Pineapple is a great example of this - it's thought to be a histamine liberator, so it causes the body to release more histamine.

I know… it’s all a bit of a 🤯

It's all about finding what works for our individual bodies and listening to what they tell us.
