Red Wine and histamine intolerance?

Red wine is literally my favourite, so it pains me to write this. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But it's mega-high histamine according to all the major lists, plus I know I react to it. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It took me a long time to work this out too, but boy do I have big reactions to Vino Rosso. ⁣⁣
I have found the more that I follow a low-histamine diet and unfortunately cut out the red wine, the better I feel. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Besides, Tito's vodka seems to be slightly better for me histamine-wise, it's a very pure alcohol. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Any alcohol recommendations let me know?!⁣
