What the DAO?

As you know, I’ve been looking for a supplement that can provide DAO enzyme without all the fillers.

Nearly all of the top brands seem to contain talc (hydrated magnesium silicate) which I don’t want to take in my supplements. It’s a shame but most of the DAO seems to come from one manufacturer (yes I emailed them to find this information out 🤓

Vita Monk HistaResist seems to fit the bill from the ingredients - this could be the missing piece of the puzzle for those wishing to take a healthier DAO supplement without talc in it. It’s quite reasonably priced unless you are in the UK like me, but hey, it’s worth it to get the right supplements.
