Oh, how I miss yoghurt. Yoghurt is fermented, and high histamine, and as I’ve said before, a good quality high-fat coconut yoghurt is one of those delicious foods I had to give up to reduce my histamine levels.
Is anybody else waking up super early at the moment? I am - the dawn chorus is my new early morning companion. And I think it’s partly related to histamine intolerance. 🤔
Vitamin C can help with histamine issues.
Some people like liposomal Vitamin C, and I’ve tried that, but honestly I haven’t found much difference (apart from liposomal is A LOT more expensive).

Conditions have been perfect for hay fever this year with a very high pollen count. It was the driest May since records began here in the UK, so all that pollen hasn’t been washed away by any rain.
Ideally I like to keep things natural in treating histamine intolerance but sometimes need a bit of help, especially during hay fever season 🤧 (i.e. now).
I'm a big fan of gathering data around health issues to try and work out how to get healthier. With the @ouraring, I can tell the next day when I've eaten a histamine-heavy meal.
